aFe Control PFADT Series Lowering Kit — C6 & C7 Corvette (2005-2019)

The C6 and C7 Corvette both use a transverse leaf spring suspension — which means you don't lower them with traditional coil springs. You lower them by replacing the factory height-adjustment bolts. aFe's PFADT Series Lowering Kit does exactly that with four precision-engineered lowering bolts that drop the Corvette up to 1-1/4 inches while retaining the factory leaf spring system entirely.

Important: This is NOT a coil spring replacement.
The PFADT kit replaces the four factory mounting bolts to reposition the spring attachment point. The springs themselves are not changed. This is the correct way to lower a C6 or C7 Corvette with factory transverse leaf spring suspension.

What It Does
Four precision CNC-machined stainless steel lowering bolts with articulating feet replace the factory bolts, repositioning the leaf spring mounting point and dropping the car up to 1-1/4 inches. The nylon foot pads ensure quiet operation and smooth suspension articulation.

Performance Expectations
Up to 1-1/4 inch drop improves visual stance significantly and lowers the center of gravity for improved cornering feel. Factory leaf spring ride quality is largely preserved. A professional alignment is required after installation.
